About the role

As the first dedicated Sales Enablement Manager at Reachdesk, this is a career-defining opportunity to establish robust processes around sales, onboarding, training, and to create the collateral needed to empower our sales team with everything they need to win business!

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Defining the sales processes which will best support our account executives and account managers throughout their pitch lifecycles.
  • Onboarding and training our account executives and account managers as to how they can best utilise our tools and collateral (including the Reachdesk platform!).
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to prepare content for tailored, account-based campaigns.
  • Assisting with the preparation and planning for sales meetings, including Salesforce reports and charts.
  • Identifying target companies and potential buyers.
  • Tracking data to inform and manage selling/upselling opportunities.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • 4-6 years plus in a sales enablement role, ideally from a subscription based SaaS platform.
  • Proven success in onboarding and training sales teams.
  • Tech savviness and the ability to manage design and marketing stakeholders in creating collateral.
  • A data driven mindset and the ability to identify KPI's attached to how sales enablement has improved the team's performance.
  • A deep understanding of how to map customer journey to the processes established.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot are a definite bonus).
  • Ideally, a background in sales!
