Sales Representative in B2B for Print and Signs

Job Purpose

AlphaGraphics Sunnyvale is looking for an Business to Business Account Sales Development resource.

We are a locally owned and operated printing, marketing and visual communications company that operates under the nationwide brand AlphaGraphics.

Job consists in selling print, signs and marketing solutions to small and big companies with focus on developing long-term relationships. Daily task will include: cold calling, getting referrals, bringing in new business and maintaining account rapport. Need proven experience in prospecting and developing new business accounts. Printing experience a plus but strong sales skills and competitive attitude are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

Understand services and products offered in the center
Cold calling to identify decision makers and prospective clients
Telemarketing to set consultative appointments with prospective customers
Using CRM to coordinate activities, marketing, and maintain sales log and contact history
Strategize with customers by listening, interpreting their needs, and advising on solutions
Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on estimates
Identify new sales opportunities within existing customer base
Contacts customers regularly to ensure that our products are meeting their expectations
Communicate courteously with customers through email, over the phone, and in person
Be highly responsive to customer inquiries
Communicate with team on a regular basis

Qualifications

Proven success in generating/qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a ‘hunter’ mentality
Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility, adaptability, and business acumen
High energy, be extremely self motivated with a passion for your personal brand and the ability to carry yourself like an executive
Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment
Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to develop effective partnerships at all levels, including managing stakeholders with differing views
Team-oriented peer
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
2-5 years of sales experience in B2B (Business to Business). Sales experience acquiring accounts in a print or related industry is a plus but not necessary

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment.
The job requires an individual to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
Structured and well defined on-boarding plan will be provided
