B2B Sales Representative

  • Skilled at overcoming objections and asking for the sale.
  • Experience in B2B Sales. Additional experience with project types, such as Painting, Commercial Cleaning, and Specialty Cleaning for medical office building, schools, office, public sector and related facilities a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in use of a personal computer and software programs such as MS Excel, MS Word, Google

Mail/Calendar/and Drive.

  • Relationship Management Skills And Openness To Feedback
  • Comfortable Using technology in day to day activities
  • 2 Years Sales Experience (Required)
  • Building Maintenance industry experience (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Reliable and presentable vehicle (Preferred)
  • DISC profile and assessment
  • Background check
  • Drug Test

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
  • Prospecting and Follow up of prospective customers, leads, and existing clients by phone or email
  • Ensure that our customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal
  • Maintenance and Color Consult if necessary
  • Operate a variety of office equipment, such as a personal computer, printer and other peripheral computer related equipment, facsimile, mobile phone and calculator.
  • Communicate the scheduling preferences and needs of the customer to the owner by making notes in

CRM and/or scheduling the job through the Company Calendar.

Compensation: $12-$15/hr + commissions
Benefits package vary per employee compensation package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $31,200.00 per year
