Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities: A medical laboratory services company is looking for a talented entry/mid carrier level specialist who is a hands-on business development and sales for the lab.

Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for the entire business development project to build customer pipeline and sales revenue. Collaborate with customers to build and deliver customized packages. Collaborate with the corporate teams and external vendors. Meet sales expectations. Strong commitment to quality and integrity. Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: able to utilize a series of CRM (Infusion Soft, etc) to build and track sales pipeline. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of multi-tasking and meet project deadlines. Accurate. Team player and independent. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers, and the general public.Works in a neat, organized, and accountable manner.

Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business management, sales, clinical, and/or chemical field. Minimum three-year experience selling to B2P, B2B, and B2C markets. Able to pass background checks, drug, and alcohol testing and E-verify requirements (permit to work in the US). Able to pass ISO/FDA/CLIA certification system requirements.

Physical Demands: The ability to stand for intervals of up to 8 hours while working; Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed; Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with customers, co-workers, and managers; clean driving record; Must have an average vision and ability to see to read reports and operate equipment; Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone;

Salary: Based on experience, includes a base salary plus bonus upon business opportunity closure, on-time result delivery, sales bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
