We have an opportunity for a full-cycle (B2B) Regional Sales professional for our finish-foil (laminate) products. In this position, you will provide excellent sales results through relationship building, product knowledge, support from our design and sales support colleagues, and great customer service from the sale through delivery.
Maintain and develop relationships with decision makers in the Industry to evaluate needs and then promote product sales.
Work closely with Design and Sales colleagues to develop colors to meet your customer's requests. Develop a line of samples for sales presentation purposes.
Maintain all customer quote discussions with accurate product, pricing, delivery terms, etc. closing the sale, and then following through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, including technical and logistical support.
Knowledge of principles and methods for relationship sales, marketing strategy, and sales control systems.
Ability to be trained for 1-2 months in product knowledge in Germany/Poland.
Passion to promote decorative designs and concepts for living environments. Basic knowledge of the woodworking industry and/or laminates preferred.
Sales territory requires overnight travel of approximately 20% from the Schattdecor location in Maryland Heights, Missouri to maintain and develop new sales. (Travel is restricted during COVID-19).
Ability to travel for a few one-week trips for select trade shows annually.
Computer knowledge: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM and SAP (or similar products)
