I began our amazing, trend setting company in March of 2015. Right out of the gate we have been very strong with growth month after month. I have been in the roofing industry for 16 years now. My passion lies in educating our clients about their options.

ProAM Construction is an acronym for ProActive Management Construction"Roof Top Maintenance Specialists"

We maintain existing roof tops on all commercial buildings (no single family homes) Our team is also experts in Decking systems, Wood repair, Waterproofing etc....


1 year of telemarketing experience in account management / lead generation
9am - 6pm Monday - Friday at our office located in Paramount
Obtain a minimum of 3 opportunities per day, 15 a week
Reliable transportation
Must be organized
Must be tenacious
Must be great at educating your clients
Competent on a computer

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet monthly quotas
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
